The winner. I will be taking this one down to the gallery today.
I was originally inspired to paint an Eldar Farseer when I was creating a wargear set for our Dark Crusade, an expansion pack for our Dawn of War game. I was reminded again when I made the wargear for the farseer in Soulstorm, another expansion pack.
I dug out my original sketch & worked from that. I enjoyed every moment of this painting, and am very, very pleased with the result.
Farseer, acrylic on canvas, 12x24", painted on Wednesday January 16, 2008
Thanks to Frank for the photo.
